Early Childhood Behavior Specialist works with staff, children and their families to provide intervention and behavior modification for a variety of issues such as aggressive behavior, disruptive classroom actions, impulsiveness and difficulty working in groups. Develops and supports the implementation of behavior management plans and supports for use in the classroom and at home. Provides positive behavior support to young children, classroom support and individualized coaching for early childhood educators. Models and reinforces the use of positive behavior support strategies in the classroom.
Qualifications Master's degree in social work, counseling or early childhood special education preferred. Will consider bachelor's degree with extensive related experience.
