  • Business Knowledge: Includes a thorough understanding of the business at a corporate and regional level. The Director of Marketing Account Management is responsible to learn the business of their respective region(s) and communities including product types, competitive positioning, and program results.
  • Strategic Contribution: Leverage business knowledge, marketing expertise, data-based insights and brand acumen to drive the development of sound, integrated marketing strategies on behalf of their regions. Contribute to the development and/or enhancement of marketing programs and promotions that enable sales and inspire consumer loyalty.
  • Marketing Industry Expertise: Monitor trends related to residential construction and sales to keep pace with the advertising and marketing marketplace. Advise clients on innovative approaches to consumer engagement using various platforms.

  • Corporate Brand Acumen: Understand the essence and importance of the luxury brand, educating clients and colleagues regarding how best to represent the brand in the marketplace.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication/Advertising, or related field, with 5-8 years of experience in Marketing Management.
  • Strong sense of copy/design along with experience with a variety of creative output.
  • Self-motivated, quick and assertive.
  • Extremely detailed oriented and organized.
  • Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team toward a common goal.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint-experience with Microsoft Project and/or related workflow management software is a plus.
